You bring your favorite wine, we provide the education! Attendees will learn how to effectively taste the various flavor components of wine varietals by breaking down the 5 S’s of wine tasting (see, swirl, smell, sip, savor).

We will discuss in detail common wine myths and facts:

How to choose wine at a restaurant.

How to read a wine label.

How much should I spend on a bottle of wine?

How do I buy wine for a group of people? 

What do I bring to a party or have for a gathering?

Corks vs screw caps.

Decanting vs not decanting.

Tickets can be purchased here and are $25 now and $30 the week of the event (with $5 off each price for our alumni from the last decade). Proceeds cover the cost of the course and excess funds raised will benefit our scholarships.
