Alumni to Alumni (A2A) is a new alumni-led committee of the Association of Yale Alumni’s (AYA) Careers Life and Yale, created by Yale alumni to support fellow alumni navigate career and life stages. If you are thinking about making a career or life change for something more meaningful and satisfying but not sure how to proceed, please come to this workshop led by Rob Greenly ’83 MBA and Pratt Bennett ’87. Hear from alums who have made the transition and can help guide you through the process. The program will include morning coffee, lunch, presentations, an alumni panel discussion and a networking reception.

Workshop Creators and Facilitators:
Robert G. “Rob” Greenly, ’83 MBA is dedicated to “transforming smart professionals and high achievers into influential leaders TM” through executive coaching, team facilitation, and leadership development practice. Rob serves on the AYA Board of Governors and is the Immediate Past President of YaleBoston. He applies leadership lessons earned from his experience as Director of Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management and two decades as a senior human resources, leadership and organization development executive at Fortune 500 companies.
Pratt Bennet, ’87 is Assistant Professor of Liberal Arts at the Berklee College of Music and founder of Make that Leap consultancy. He helps clients develop effective approaches to professional and personal goals, create lives that reflect their core values/needs, and take a major leap toward a healthier, more sustainable life. Pratt leads intensive-training programs for employees and executives based on Results Coaching Systems neuroscience-based coaching.
